Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second year renting the "Beach House" and it feels like coming home. It is the perfect location to enjoy soaking up the sun and seeing the Jester Parade. It is well equipped in the kitchen for our chefs, and anything you need for a vacation. There was plenty of room for all 10 of us plus visitors.The rental staff is so polite and professional and always answers the phone to take care of any issues you might have. We have already decided to rent again for next years parade.

I walked along the beach for 1 mile in either direction and this home has the best deck. This home is ideal for group of families get together and staff is the best to respond in no time.

We came with a group of 3 families and it was PLENTY big enough. There is an extra fridge downstairs that was sooo handy when having a large group. The house is minutes away from the bridge. Huge windows on the backside of the house make for a beautiful view of the ocean.Also, the customer service of the rental agency is top tier. I’m telling you it doesn’t get better than this! We will definitely be coming back!

What a wonderful house! I live very close to Navarre Beach and invited some friends (from various parts of the US) to be here on the Gulf Coast for 4 days. We all agreed that the house was one of the nicer ones we've ever stayed in - really well equipped kitchen, unusually nice decor, beach chairs provided and toiletries in each bathroom! The management team was so great to work with as well. Have recommended this house to several other friends as the one they should rent when coming to this area!!

The property manager was very communicative regarding hurricane Ian and that helped us to relax a bit and enjoy our time on the beach. The only drawback is the stairs from the house to the beach are not aligned to the ground so there is a pretty big step at the end that was difficult for aged parents.

None of us had ever been that far north in Florida. It was so lovely to be staying directly on the beach. I had the deepest of sleeps listening to the waves crash every night. I would certainly go back but perhaps try March or April... when we arrived on Feb 19th it was a bit cold for the first few nights. This was my first experience being bundled up on the beach! But being from South Florida, we have many days of sunny warmth so I wasn't too disappointed by the weather. The house was spacious enough for 9 of us and my doggies to enjoy the home to the fullest. The kitchen had everything we possibly needed (although we did bring our own coffee pot because we're a bit of coffee snobs). The town of Navarre didn't have a whole lot to see - but we explored and visited Pensacola, Rosemary Beach, Santa Rosa Beach, and Destin. The best part of being on the beach with not much around is you really get to relax. And that we did... to the max. :-)

Perfect view and beach access, easy to get to, groceries close by. Photographer @kaylajordynphotography (kaylajordynphotography.com) was incredible at making our daughter’s wedding photos look like a magazine shoot! Can’t say enough about the amazing flavors produced for dinner and appetizers by chef Shaun @chefshaun6412 (chefshaunmichael.com) who catered a to die for dinner (and he did the shopping, prep work and cleaned the kitchen up before leaving!). Definitely recommend this place. Deck has ample gathering space.

It was clean it was open it’s perfect for a wonderful week of vacation. My parents who are up in years enjoyed it very much as they were able to sit out on the deck and watch the beach from the porch furniture. Thank you for a wonderful wonderful week of memories and good times. The only downfall are the back steps which lead to the pathway are quite steep and dangerous if they could be updated and extended that would be a blessing that only to our family but the other families let’s say.

We had our on piece of paradise and even being there over the Memorial Holiday it was not too crowded in the beach. When we looked left toward the high rise condos and right toward the public access we were so happy to be nestled in between the hustle and bustle. The beach is fantastic - beautiful!!! Great time finding sea shells and sand dollars! Love this beach!As for the cabin- it was wonderful! We had 10 people there- two grandparents, and two families with children. Rooms are perfectly set up to accommodate that. Plenty of more room upstairs for air mattresses if more people were staying. The beds are comfortable, the appliances all work, it was just great! We loved the combo coffee pot/k-cup maker. This was a great bonus for the coffee drinkers to brew a pot or make a cup. We used the umbrella the deck everyday. We were concerned that there wouldn’t be enough shade on the deck but it was great! From the bottom deck you can’t see the beach area - only canopy tops. To actually people watch you have to go to the top deck. It would be a bonus to have layout chairs on the top deck and not just the rocking chairs. No complaints! Great cabin!

The home was perfect and clean! Plenty of space for everyone to sleep and hangout. Loved watching the moonrise from the deck. The house is a little dated and that was plus - everything is functional and it feels like a home. Extremely clean. Great beach access and large deck viewing the ocean. Parking space was more than adequate. We would definitely stay here again. We wish it was available for our upcoming trip in October.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I'm 47yo and I've been taking my kids to the beach since they were little. Now they are all quickly nearing college age. We've always done the high rise condo's in the past, but after t his year my children have informed me that we're doing beach houses from now on. The view can't be beaten. The house was very comfortable. The beaches were 100% less crowded, and we've never seen more wildlife on the beach or shells than we did at this location. Highly recommended!

This Beach house is so beautiful and comfortable. Our family had a wonderful time. The layout is really great. Loved that we were all on the same floor with the living area which is so spacious and comfortable. Loved this place.

Hard to beat location. Plenty of space for adults and children. Uncrowded beach, lovely view, and fabulous decks. We had to bubble wrap the sharp edges of the metal spiral staircase for our grands; although, the older ones loved the upstairs room. Some kitchen updates & a boardwalk would be “icing on the cake”. We had a wonderful week! Would stay here again!

Fantastic property on Navarre Beach Gulf side... Big deck to soak the sun in and partially covered for the BBQ cook... That would be our son... Great spacious kitchen and bedrooms, and everything right there, from Winn-Dixie to Wal-Mart... Restaurant instead? Broussard's at the bottom of the bridge makes awesome hurricanes to remind you of New Orleans... Oh, by the way, if you are there around Mother's day, our Crowley native Wayne Toups will even be there to perform... Many other dining experiences are available within a few minutes... No need to fight traffic to Destin!... Summary, perfect location to relax and enjoy beach living!
