(The western pool is heated from the end of November until the end of March and all 3 hot tubs run all year!)

The king-sized primary bedroom has a flat screen TV, and an en suite bathroom with tub/shower combo. Wake up to seeing dolphins playing in the surf from your gulf front balcony.

The second bedroom is king-sized, has a flat screen TV and an adjoining bathroom with tub/shower combo.

The third bedroom is a bonus "bunk room" featuring a twin over a full bed and TV. It's a great get-away for the kids!

There is a laundry room with full-sized washer and dryer for your convenience.

Plenty of parking and a grill area are on the ground level.

This is a non pet friendly home, smoking is not allowed in the home or on the balconies and no events are permitted.
Minimum age to rent is 25.
