The open concept floor plan allows for your entire group to be together while lounging. watching a movie on the 65" flat screen TV, dining, cooking or playing a board game. New comfortable modular sofa with full size sleeper.
The large kitchen has quartz countertops, SS appliances and is very well equipped for everything from snack making to creating gourmet meals.
The 35' balcony runs the entire length of the unit, affording plenty of room for gazing at the Gulf or for sunbathing.
The spacious en suite primary bedroom is king sized and also has floor to ceiling sliders opening onto the Gulf front balcony. Let the sound of the waves lull you to sleep or greet you as you rise. The primary bath features a quartz countertop and large walk-in tiled shower.
On the other side of the condo is the second king sized bedroom with another en suite bath featuring a tub/shower combo. Across the hall is the third bedroom with a king-sized bed and a set of twin bunk beds, comfortably sleeping 4. The third full bath also has a tub/shower combo and is accessible from this bedroom as well as from the hallway. A pack 'n play is also offered.
