On the other side of the house is a queen bedroom with private Gulf view deck, a full bath and a full-sized laundry room.
Up one flight is another queen bedroom with Sound view, a loft with a daybed that pulls out into a very comfortable king-sized bed and another private balcony with a Gulf view. There is even a desk here if you have to make this a working vacation. A shared bath with walk-in shower is between these 2 bedrooms.
As if this home isn't enough to provide you with a great vacation, you'll be amazed when you walk out the back door to your own private tropical oasis! A large in ground pool and hot tub is yours to enjoy. The large paver patio has plenty of furniture to relax on as well as a large gas grill and dining seating. The convenient private outdoor shower is hot/cold.
The pool can be heated for $75/day.
The beach access is a 2 minute walk across the street

There is parking for 5 cars and smoking is not allowed inside the home. No events are permitted, the minimum age to rent is 25 and the stated occupancy is strictly adhered to. This is a non pet friendly property.
