Sitting between the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico and the beautiful Santa Rosa Sound, you've got your own private sound side beach just steps from your door.

Completely renovated , you'll feel right at home and totally relaxed the minute you arrive.

Flop down on the comfortable living room couch and over-sized chair or play a game at the dining table. Both the couch and the chair pull out into sleepers and both have memory foam mattresses.
Fix yourself a meal or a quick snack in the fully equipped kitchen that features stainless steel appliances, beautiful cabinetry and granite countertops.

The queen-sized bedroom has an enormous closet to fit a week's worth (if not more*!) of "stuff". There is a shaded deck off the bedroom where you can enjoy your first cup of coffee or a nightcap before bed,
The bathroom features a tiled walk-in shower and there is also a stackable washer/dryer here for your convenience.

After spending a day at the beach, rinse off under the outdoor shower and chill out on the front deck with gorgeous sound views.

Paddleboard, kayak and golf cart rentals are available around the corner, and the longest pier on the Gulf of Mexico is only 5 minutes away.

This is a non pet friendly home, smoking is not allowed in the home and no events are permitted.
Minimum age to rent is 25.

Great condo in excellent location

We loved our stay. The condo was the perfect size and extremely comfortable. We could walk across a nice boardwalk to get to the beach and the pier was only a 10 minute walk. The kitchen had all the pots/pans and utensils you’d need, though we wished there was salt & pepper stocked like other places we’ve stayed. The bed was pretty comfortable and nice comfy seating in the living room. The back deck was nice to relax on after a busy day. We were really impressed with how quiet the area was! Overall we loved our stay and can’t wait to return!

Excellent location and space

Our week long stay was excellent due to the great communication with the management, the perfect location waking distance to both between the "sound side" of the island and the Gulf side. The house was clean, had ample space and features that made our stay comfotable and convenient. We would highly reccomend this home to anyone and families looking to enjoy Navarre Beach!

Perfect location. Short walk to the beach. Would have been nice to have a grill. ( the ad said there was one on the property) powerful shower was a bonus. Will definitely keep this property in mind on next visit.

A Little Piece of Paradise

I could not recommend this place more! The location was absolutely perfect. No hassle of elevators or front gates like the big condos, the beach was a short walk away, along with the cutest little gift shop just hardly a block away from our front door. It's an even shorter walk to the bayside water which is so clear and beautiful. The townhouse was spotless and so beautiful when we arrived. There were 5 of us that stayed during our trip, two of those guests slept on the pull out couches which were comfortable. The furniture in this townhouse was beautiful, cozy and had so much character, not your typical cheap thrown together furniture. Not to mention all of the art on the walls appeared to be original, so unique and adorable! The back porch was the perfect spot to start your moring drinking a cup of coffee, and also to end your day sitting relaxing. There is even a little area to sit out in the sun by the back porch. Neighbors were beyond friendly, Blue Moon Rentals were AMAZING to work with. We even extended our stay 2 nights because we were having so much fun and did not want to leave! Hope we return to this place soon and stay again :)

Great location for a few days away!

Property was very nice, clean, quiet and cute! It was exactly as described. Close to beach and the sound. Check in and out very easy managers understand sometimes there are delays with planes/taxis etc. Neighbors very friendly also!

Reviewer Comments: The owner of KatManDunes and Blue Moon Vacation Rentals provide an excellent opportunity to experience Navarre Beach and the surrounding areas. This rental is nestled among year-round residents, allowing you to be a part of the friendly neighborhood. The furniture is comfortable for relaxing and sleeping. The bed linens were noticeably of a higher quality (I think they had been pressed! They were crisp!!). The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, dishes and utensils, and there is plenty of space to prepare & serve meals. The bathroom has a very nice shower! Covered decks on the front and back of the Condo provide sheltered space to be outdoors, rain or shine. Just a short walk South to enjoy the Gulf of Mexico, or a shorter walk North to be on the beach of the Intracoastal Waterway. Pedestrian and Bike friendly area. Sailor’s serves a wonderful breakfast. KatManDunes is a well appointed, cared for condo. No complaints, only compliments during a great week in July 2021.

We went to the pier and seen Dolphins, Sea Turtles and a Shark. We tried some fishing and caught a few fish. The kids had so much fun catching crabs on the beach at night. The neighbors were super friendly and happy to talk. The house fit a family of 5 with no problem. Everything was clean and was well taken care of! We will definitely be booking again!

Navarre beach

Great place

We had a great week! I was worried from the pictures that it would be too small but it actually felt nice and spacious for our family of four. The shower was the best I've had on vacation and the outdoor shower was great. In fact my 6yo who is afraid of showers willingly showered herself head to two outside every day! Beds were fine. If I had had room in my car it would have been nice to have had our own pillows. We brought along our own handheld vacuum to help mitigate the sand issue but I did see a vacuum in the bedroom that might be available for use. The kitchen was pretty well stocked and well-organized. We brought our own pan and knife but I wished I had brought along a cutting board too. Otherwise it was quite sufficient and we cooked every meal during our stay. Wherever you stay, you'll want to get some bottled water if you're sensitive to water taste. The neighbors are all really friendly and it is a pretty short walk to the beach. We did a lot of bike riding and it was nice to have easy access to the bike path! We had a rainy morning and felt very cozy and comfy having a lazy morning at home. Overall a very pleasant experience. The beach is perfect!

Perfect family getaway!

We’d been hoping to get away as a family to the beach for several months now and this provided us that opportunity and more! Great place for the price!

My husband and I stayed here recently and I think it’s a great place for the price. The sound is just outside to the left, a very quick walk. Nice roomy shower, spacious living area. Ladies at Blue Moon are super nice! This is our 4th vacation in Navarre and we absolutely love it!

Loved it! Perfect spot for our little family!

If you go grocery shopping before you get here, you can park your car until you have to leave! Now, that’s my kind of vacation! We walked to the beach, rode bikes and strolled on the bike/walking path that’s also right there, and loved the house with a great little kitchen and an awesome patio out back! Will be back!

Beach Blanket Bungalow

Katmandunes is the perfect getaway/hideaway for couples. We could easily walk to the beach and set up each day then leave our beach camp and return for lunch and escape the heat until the evening. Jeanette has everything needed to prepare meals. We made a shrimp boil one evening and sat under the sheltered back patio in solitude. We ventured along the bike path to the east in the mornings to a food truck that has great breakfast burritos, but no coffee. The trip is about 6 minutes on bike or a refreshing 15 minute walk. To the west is a pier restaurant/bar that is wonderful for watching the sunrise/sunset or gazing at the moon along the skinny bar with a beer and your mate. Pensacola is a pleasant 45 minute drive along the beach front or 35 minutes along HWY 98. Visit the Waterboyz skateshop in Pensacola around 7PM for great food and open mic each night. Overall you can't ask for better accommodations for the price and location. There is plenty to do or not to do and Katmandunes makes any decision effortless. We will certainly return to Jeanette's great property.

Be prepared to be surprised! Pictures don't do this place justice. Just a short walk to the beach. Owners were great to work with, very friendly and helpful. We will definetly be coming back! Everything you need is right around you, so no worries there. We had a blast!

Excellent Getaway

Spur of the moment trip turned into an excellent four day getaway. This unit and location could not be more comfortable and convenient. Easily walking distance from the pier and convenience store for quick pick ups. Directly across from the beach access..... location was absolutely perfect. The unit itself was as clean and neat as any we have ever encountered. Our contact Jeanette couldn't have been more accommodating, everything was just exactly as we would've hoped for.
