Plus, the condo is very close to the gulf coast beach and the gulf islands national seashore. The place was clean, organized, and nicely decorated. My only complaint was that the bed was uncomfortable, due to a lumpy and saggy mattress. It might be time for a new mattress. Otherwise, a great place to stay!!! I would definitely go back.

Everything was amazing. Appliance were in all working order. Bed was comfortable. Bath towels big fluffy. Only complaint was noise from other condos. Being on the third floor I didn’t think I would be able to hear screaming kids below us . But overall I would recommend this place and would rent again if needed. Thanks for amazing weekend

This is a great bayside property. It was very clean. Appeared to have new paint, fixtures, and carpet in the master. The bed was well taken care of with two mattress protectors- both clean. The public beach access was within walking distance. But, we did drive most of the time and kept supplies in the car. The walk to the beach from the parking lot was less distance than walking from most beachfront condos- and it is at the end of the housing area, before the state park, so not an overwhelming amount of people. Great view of bay sunset from the condo. The fishing pier has lights at night so easy to see the fish. For those with mobility issues- the toilet was low. I am 5'2'' and my knees were above my hips when sitting. Also, it is a bathtub/ not walk-in shower. There is an elevator right next to the front door and stair access. The maintenance man was prompt and so kind when we needed him after hours. We were happy to stay here and would for sure stay again. Much love to all of those who put effort into making this condo great!!!! The cost per night was appropriate ($100 per night plus fees, which doubled cost, at the beginning of May).

The elevators were filthy and the outside of the surrounding condos were major eye sores. Neighbors had peeling paint or rust on their doors and old rotted or rusty chairs sitting outside their front doors. The floor of the hallways and stairs were extremely dirty and needed cleaned and painted. One of the locals who owns a property was saying that someones dog defecated in tbe elevator and the owner didn't clean it up. The pool area was extremely clean and we always saw someone out there maintaining it. The location was amazing and we enjoyed the national seashore which was only minutes away. The view from our condo was breathtaking, especially at sunset. We enjoyed the balcony area alot. The rental agency was top notch! We had two minor issues while there and they resolved them immediately. They were easy to communicate with, quick to answer, and went above and beyond. We would definitely use Blue Moon again. Not so sure I'd stay in the same complex though. .

We were a little apprehensive about the Palms location but it turned out perfectly. It’s a very short walk to the beach and bay is a nice bonus with a perfect pier to watch spectacular sunset. The unit was very clean and well stocked. Nice surprise was a closet full of beach gear, came very handy. Management is very pleasant to work with. Overall, a great experience. Our two weeks vacation was a blast and we’re looking forward to come back next year.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great view from the unit when taking breaks from the heat/sun. This is our 2nd year in a row staying at the palms. Last year we stayed in a first floor unit but didn’t mind whatsoever being on the 3rd floor and actually preferred it. Balcony has privacy. Elevator available when needed. Once again a Perfect location for bringing kayaks as we were able to leave them out back near the beach for easy launching whenever we wanted. Everything was clean. Bed and couch comfortable when relaxation and sleep in the AC was needed. The recliner is pretty beat up per other reviews and would recommend replacing or removing as it doesn’t seem appropriate for such a wonderful space we are paying good money to stay in however we will likely be back regardless lol. The shower bar is a little touchy/fragile and had to put it back up twice the week we were there but no big deal. Washer/dryer small as expected but worked well and was nice to have in unit. Check in was easy they just gave us a door code and we were able to get in ~3 hrs early which was very nice and appreciated. We had another wonderful trip and worth the travel from Ohio once again!

The beautiful waters and white sand of Navarre beach were wonderful. Navarre has lots of public beach access areas. The property is right on the sound where you can watch beautiful sunsets. The pool was never too busy even on Memorial Day weekend. Kitchen was well stocked for what we needed for our short stay. Bed was comfortable and condo well furnished.

The weather was not great for the first 3 days of our stay, but the condo was so comfortable we didn't mind just resting. Everything was very clean and quiet. The only negative is we had to drive to get to the beach. It is really too far to walk and carry chairs, the umbrella, and a cooler.

My family loved this place! The location is perfect and very quiet. If you are looking for a tranquil place to stay and get away from your busy day to day routine this is the place! My family had a great time. We loved the location. It was close enough to the beach to walk over, and it was also close to the fishing pier. We liked that we could buy groceries, rather than eating out every day. The condo was clean and smelled nice. We had no major issues. The property owner was very good about keeping in touch with us. We had a great time at kingfisher. It was clean and organized and everything was in great shape. Navarre beach is the best place to stay along the coast if you want to get away from the touristy areas. If you go fishing use capt eddie at full net fishing charters Munson and I had a great experience there as well. Won’t stay anywhere else in the future. 5 stars all the way.

We stayed at Kingfisher over Memorial Day weekend! I can’t say enough about how Awesome the condo is! Extremely clean & is stocked with everything that you need! The location is wonderful! My boys loved fishing on the private pier! Even though it is a one bedroom condo it is Very large & has lots of room! I would definitely stay here again! Beautiful condo, spacious, clean, nice new furniture, everything top notch. Paradise for a fisherman, with multiple options for fishing: (1) the local pier - hit or miss at the daytime with occasional catfish and zillions of croakers; heavy speckled trout action after dark (pier is lit up from below!); we were actually on the trout diet throughout our 2-week stay. (2) Gulf side, pompano, cats, whiting (3) bay side, mostly cats. (4) Navarre Pier: lots of pompanos and Spanish mackerel, ain't no better fish in the world. Thank you Jeannette, we'll be back.

Very clean and recently updated! Big enough for a small family or a romantic getaway for 2. We love the private pier, the pool and the short walk to the beach. Close enough to eat in Pensacola and close to Navarre restaurants.

What a perfect spot for my husband and 2 children! This place is the whole package!! We were close to the Gulf for beach time with lots of sun and fun. Having a pool to trade off to was very nice and my kids loved fishing from the private pier. The condo was very clean and accommodating with a balcony that has an AMAZING view! Al and Jeanette were very helpful and made the whole vacation process easy!

The location was perfect to be right by the beach as well as the bridge to get to the mainland. We also had a beautiful pier that we used every night for fishing. The other tenants were not loud and very friendly. I would definitely recommend this rental property to anyone looking to get away on a NON commercial beach.
