The house was great and had everything you need to cook a Thanksgiving meal.lol once you figured out the showers and the extremely hot water everything worked perfect. The only thing I could see they need to replace was the queen sleeper sofa mattress. There is no way anyone can sleep on those.

it was wonderful we had 15 i our group i had 8 grandkids ages 8 thru 16 and 7 adults ages 30 to myself at 62 we has a small problem the ac wasnt working in the 3rd floor when we got there 1 call to management and in 15 min a maintenance man arrived to fix it an hour later the ac was on worked perfect the beach was never crowed we enjoyed our 7day stay

Very easy access to the beach and the 2 large decks were good to have. View from the top floor of the beach was awesome.as far as access to the area...easy to get back to the main island and the restaraunts and stores, etc. Also easy to get to entertainment for the young ones and into Pensacola as well as Destin. I'll stop here just say it was one of the best experience we hav had in 10 plus years of visiting the gulf coast.

One note the step down from kitchen to living area is hazardous my father of 88yrs fell off but luckily onto carpet also I fell off and face planted so just be warned and careful of the step. Other than that we loved our stay

No one in our group had ever been to the area before. We loved watching the sea turtles and dolphins from the beach and the deck. The house was clean and laid out perfectly for our group. The kitchen is a little tight when you have someone in your group that likes to putz in the kitchen, but still worked out just fine. The property management team made check-in and out really easy. We had a minor issue with one shower drain which was promptly addressed. The only suggestion would be to enclose the outside shower to allow for easier rinse off and bathing suit clean out. Overall this was an amazing experience for us and we would happily rent again! If I could give it six stars I would.

And I'm picky so I check. :) We originally booked this house because we had 16 people coming. We had 3 back out at the last minute and I'm sort of glad they did. As spacious as the house is, it was more comfortable with less people. The pictures make the rooms look smaller than they are. Except for the kitchen. It was small for for me and my sisters and mom all trying to get things for the kids and cook. But we made it work. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the necessities for cooking and eating. Plenty of towels in the bathrooms. The bottom deck had some beach chairs, umbrellas and kids toys. That was nice! Washer and dryer upstairs and down. They provided a few pods for them as well. Location was great because it is close to the main bridge but not to close for heavy traffic. The best part was the beach was not crowded not matter what time of day you went out. We wanted a house with an open floor plan and larger living room to lounge in. This was perfect for that and the amount of people I needed to house. They even offered to let us check in early if cleaning was done. So sweet. We would definitely book with them again!

Could not be happier. The property was in great shape, the kitchen well stocked. Tons of great restaurant options and grocery options near by. Loved the fresh seafood markets, go get some fresh fish and cook it on the charcoal BBQ provided at the house. The house is literally a 30 second walk to the white sanded beach. Suggested companies can provide a daily delivery on the beach of your own lounge chair and other items. The views from the house are amazing and the property is really a great place in very good shape. Highly suggest!

Our goal was to stay close to our vacation rental with no huge beach crowds. Winn Dixie and Walmart were just a few minutes drive for our grocery pick up. Each bedroom had it’s own bathroom which made our stay even better. There was a musty smell throughout the interior which we assumed was from the carpet. A nice hard surface floor would make a great update to this vaca home. All in all we had a wonderful week at the beach.

No tons of crowds. We had beautiful weather too which always helps. The only thing I missed was blackout curtains in the master bedroom and the fan was very loud. The sheets we’re so soft and towels were wonderful

This place was perfect for our family vacation. We had great grandparents, grandparents, an aunt, cousins, children and grandchildren! We had not taken a family trip like this in 15 years or more and this took a lot of searching and planning to find just the right place for this event. This house was as near perfect as I could have found! Everyone had a great time! The house was clean and had everything that was promised. The beach was close and beautiful. The only negative was the sofa bed was very uncomfortable but if the mattress was replaced it would be fine. We definitely want to come back!

Our family stayed at Pop's Promise for five nights during Christmas. The townhouse has three floors with amazing views. My mom stayed in the huge in-law suite because she couldn't climb the stairs, and she still had a view of the water. I only wish the TV was larger because she couldn't see which channel she was on. The main floor was nicely decorated, as was the kitchen. The bunk room was very comfortable for the kids and their parents. The third floor master was wonderful- awesome views and space. It was a great stay. I want to add, Nibs, my niece's French bulldog, loved the place, too. She loved the walks down the boulevard.

This was our first visit to Navarre and we loved it! The house was roomy and plenty large enough for our family of ten. The views of the ocean were spectacular and the beautiful and uncrowded beach was a short walk from our back deck. The only negative that we found was that the upstairs master tub and commode need updating - the sink and dressing area were very nice. The master could have used a nice lounge chair too. But overall, the house was well furnished, comfortable, and clean. Thanks for a great stay- we will be back!

This was our 4th year to visit Navarre Beach, but our first year to stay outside the high rise area. We thoroughly loved our stay at Pops' Promise. The easy beach access was wonderful, and even though we were there July 7-14, the beach was not crowded at all (like it can get in the high rise area). What we liked best: the beach is right outside your door, lovely upper and lower decks, a bathroom for each bedroom (worked really well for our group of 9), two sets of washers and dryers. This is really a nice configuration for a larger group of multiple families. We rented 3 sets of beach chairs and umbrellas from Lazy Days (a complete list of vendor options was provided) and they had our chairs out before 8 am each morning. What we found less than perfect (but not bad!): some areas could use updating, but everything was serviceable. The kitchen does not have a pantry for groceries, and the many cabinets are filled with dishes, pots and pans, etc., so we got creative with storage and each family kept non-perishables in their own area. The lower level bedroom, which is very private, by the way, does not have a chest of drawers or dresser, but the room has lots of cabinets and drawers in the kitchenette and bathroom. You just need to think creatively and you have all the storage you need. Other comments: our one maintenance issue was fixed immediately. The main floor washer went out and someone was there to do a temporary repair within a couple of hours, and it was replaced within a day. That was awesome. We had families on each side of us, but there was never any noise or distraction. The many positives of Pops' Promise make this a place we would recommend or choose to stay in again! First time in this area of Florida and Navarre Beach seemed like a quieter location for spring break. There were seven (7) of us, my wife and I, our three teenage kids and my in-laws. The condo was incredibly spacious and had all of the amenities we needed. We ate out frequently as there are a lot of good restaurants on the island or just across the bridge but we still used the kitchen daily with no issues. The furniture allowed us all to gather in the main area of the condo without a problem for games or just hanging out. The bedrooms easily slept our party and in reality, it could have slept 3-4 more people there so there is more than enough room. We spent a lot of time on the deck reading or just watching the kids hang out on the beach. The lower deck is brand new, just finished while we were there and you can rinse off there before going inside. The location of the condo is easy to get to from the mainland but not so close there is a ton of traffic. The condo overlooks the ocean and is no more than 100 steps from the back door to the water. The beach was stunning from the cleanliness to the powdery sands and clear blue waters. If you're looking for a family get away, this is a great place to stay.

The hose to wash off sand needs to be hung up like a shower so the back patio outside the down stairs bedroom does not get so wet. Also for old folks like us need a ril to grab to walk off the porch. Fist floor pouch was very nice. The stairs are steep to first & 2nd floors & disables could not handle this. Our group ranged from ages8 to 85 but all in good health.

We have family in the Navarre area and we were looking for a comfortable place where we could host our family Christmas and let the cousins play and spend time together. Pop's Promise was perfect for our group! I stayed on the ground floor with our older dog who isn't used to a lot of stairs (ok, who am I kidding? I don't like the stairs either!). The ground floor apartment walked straight out to the beach or to the parking area. This was perfect for older knees and easy access to walk the pooch in the early morning. We put my two teen boys in the room on the main living area. This room had 2 queen beds so each big young man had his own bed and they had access to the full bath on that level. My 14 year old nephew stayed on the comfy couch in the living area, so he was near the boys as well. My two teen daughters stayed in the Master bedroom upstairs and loved having a big King bed to share and a balcony...plus their own private bathroom. Finally, we put our guest (one son's girlfriend) in the second upstairs bedroom with its own private bath. She had a comfortable room and her own bathroom. So all three girls were on the top level. I just loved it!! We never left the property but instead made dinners in the well appointed kitchen. Talk about comfy - we stayed in our pajamas and played board games for the majority of our stay. Jeanette couldn't have been nicer to work with. Loved our stay and I am certain we will book this place again when we come to Florida. Thank you!!

Our family vacation at Pop's Promise was everything we expected! The location was fabulous and we enjoyed the beautiful beach, sunsets, and sunrises. The condo had plenty of space for our 8 adults and two small children. We cooked almost every meal and had plenty of kitchen supplies and eating space. The furnishings were comfortable and clean. Jeanette was there to welcome us and very helpful. We would not hesitate to return to Pop's.

Beautiful sunrises. Gorgeous sunsets. Moonlit walks on the beach. Watching the dolphins dance in the gulf. Pop's Promise accommodated my family of 11 with comfort and ease. The air museum tour at the Pensacola Naval Base was the only reason we found to leave Pop's Promise for the day. Shopping and restaurants nearby. I highly recommend Pop's Promise for the family get-away!

Pops' Promise is very spacious and accommodating. It is decorated so cute and was very clean. The decks have amazing views of the Gulf where we enjoyed watching the Dolphins as we drank our coffee in the mornings. This condo DID NOT disappoint! We will definitely be back!!

Everything was perfect: beautiful view, the house was clean and organized, only few steps away from the beach, also the beach is very beautiful, it is an excellent place to relax...Mrs Jeanette and her staff were very supportive. We had an amazing time at Pop's promise. The house was bigger and nicer than it looked in pictures. The view was amazing specially at night, I've never seen the stars and moon like that. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook nice meals. We even saw some dolphins swim by! The beach was just amazing, beautiful water and not crowded at all! We will definitely come back again!

Our stay at Pop's Promise was unbelievable!! The place had just been renovated, and it was beautiful! The decor, amenities and everything was great! The view from the balcony was breathtaking and the Condo was very comfortable. Jeanette and her staff were attentive to our needs and the whole experience was First Class.
