The house was perfect for two families of four and two couples! All the teens got to bunk together in one room. Everyone had quiet places to go, and large common area to chill and cook together. Awesome location on the beach, and has a nice sized storage area underneath to hide lots of gear. Seemed like a quiet area, and yet close enough for a quick drive for amenities.

We had nine people total: my parents, my brother and his family, and my family (six adults, three teenagers). We loved how the home is laid out--all common areas (living room, kitchen, dining area) are open and connected, and on the beach side, with plenty of windows to enjoy the view. We loved the large coffee table, which accommodated all of the big puzzles we worked on together. The four bedrooms are on the street side (the two on the ends also had ocean views). The large laundry room came in handy (roomy side-by-side machines, not small stackable ones). The outdoor shower came in handy on multiple occasions. We especially enjoyed the spacious deck, which offered clear views of truly spectacular sunsets. This was also hands-down the cleanest rental home I've ever stayed in. We would all love to stay here again!

It was the perfect size to hold us and all three of our daughter's families,12 of us in all, and provided each family their own space. It was wonderful watching the sun rise over the ocean from the spacious deck every morning. Our grandbabies loved that it was just down a short path to play at the beach. The kitchen was open and centralized. Everyone could be part of conversations even from the living room. The house felt like a home away from home. We would definitely stay there again!

The house was perfectly located with direct walking path to the beach and next to public access if wanted. They had a great selection of beach toys available for the kids and lots of space for everyone. The only downside was the refrigerator, which the instructions said to wait 24hrs to fully cool. We were a family of 9 staying only 4 days, so we felt the property management should already have that ready for guests upon arrival. We had basic groceries that never cooled the following day, so we put everything in the freezer, but that never cooled either. When we called the property management the following night, he was prompt to arrive and said it froze and needed to be defrosted (which wasn't caused by us since it wasn't ever cold). He did bring us a cooler and ice to remedy the situation, while the fridge defrosted. Overall the house was perfect and we thoroughly enjoyed it.

All of us enjoyed the ocean views from every angle due to the abundant windows in the kitchen/dining/family area spanning the entire length of the house. Step outside the common areas to a genius deck pesky spindles or railings to obstruct your views. The Salty Breeze deck spaciously accommodates large gatherings. Furnishings were comfortable, the property was very clean and the kitchen was stocked with plenty of cookware, dinnerware & utensils. We especially enjoyed the islands & dining seating for food prep and gathering for meals & snacks. Blue Moon Vacation Rentals provided excellent, responsive communication/service and promptly answered our questions & requests. Family members snorkeled, captured great shells, kayaked for fun and for fishing, surfed & soaked up the sun........all made easier due to the beachfront location. Our wild America sightings? Dolphins, rays breaching out of the waves and a manatee swimming close to shore! We would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first Beach House / Home Rental vacation, and Salty Breeze hit all the marks. Great views and direct access to the beach. The house was fully stocked, and shopping was convenient to get anything we needed. Bluemoon was highly responsive to all requests and concerns. The house was more than big enough for our group of six adults and one child. The deck and front area of the house overlooks the beach, which is always busy with activity. We were surprised to see so many people fishing right off the shore and still could not figure out you could swim there and not get hooked, but we managed. The first few days were perfect for swimming and having fun on the beach, but the weather did get windy and the remainder of the week were Red and Double Red flag days. A Red flag means High Surf and/or Strong Currents. We decided not to take a chance on going into the water, but for the rest of our stay, we had Double Red Flags, which meant the water was closed to the public. We still went to the beach through and had fun. Salty Breeze has plenty of room for everyone to eat together, and we received three additional deck chairs so we could all sit on the deck! It seems the proximately to the public beach allows deck chairs to be taken. Though the public beach entrance is next door, it was not obtrusive and worked out for us as more kids were on the beach for my son to play with. The beach sand is so soft and clean that your feet will squeak as you walk barefoot. One tip is to keep the doors closed to keep that excellent beach sand outside.We had a great trip and spent time with family we have not been able to see in some time. Our time there was in late April, which is just before the busy season, so traffic wasn't dreadful, and we had access to everything that would usually be packed. We would unanimously give Salty Breeze two thumbs up and recommend it.

We saw dolphins and mantarays playing about 50 yards off the coastline.. you have your open private walkway across the dunes, but you are also adjacent to a beach access so if you had elderly they could use that walk way and wouldn’t have to walk up hill over the dunes. Easy to navigate wheeled gear here as well... the kitchen was shockingly stocked for anything you could imagine.. large pot for a possible crab boil... which I would also recommend checking out the seafood market in Navarre... east access to Walmart and Winn Dixie...

This was a great location for beach lovers. The open living and dining space allowed everyone to be together while the beautiful windows gave you the feel of being on the beach 24 hours a day! Well stocked kitchen that was great since staffing is difficult post Covid. The only suggestion I would give the property owner would be for a larger grill. It was charcoal and small.

The property was very spacious so our 12 family members had plenty of room to spread out. We mainly spent our time lounging on the deck looking at the Gulf or were down playing in the water or lounging on the beach. We liked the short, private path from the house to the Gulf. The dining facilities were perfect for our large group. We could prep and set up food on one counter/bar area and we used the other two for eating dinner together. The location of the house was good in that we were within a few miles of a local seafood market so we bought fresh seafood most nights and cooked at home. There are plenty of family restaurants nearby also for anyone wanting to eat out. Overall our family had a great week at Navarre.

The only big negative of the house was that it is next to the public access. The weekends were a little busy but week days were not bad from a beach crowd perspective. This house is awesome! It's in a very nice, residential neighborhood & the beach isn't crowded. The house is very roomy & can accommodate several people. There's a huge deck with an awesome view & lots of seating. It was very clean & completely furnished. The only complaint we had was the 2 kingsize beds, as they weren't very comfortable. Other than that, we had none.

We had a great time on our family Thanksgiving getaway! This house was perfect for our group of 10. There was plenty of room & tons of kitchen supplies. Beach access was excellent & there were lots of beach supplies. We chose to purchase a pre-made Thanksgiving meal at Publix and it was fantastic. Everything you need for a nice beach vacation is conveniently located. This will definitely be a location we keep in mind for future beach visits!

We loved our stay at Salty Breeze. The house was beautifully decorated, but not overdone. It was also well equipped and being on the beach watching dolphins most every morning was amazing. We will def be checking into Salty Breeze on our next Navarre vacation!!

So far this was our absolute favoriatw house we’ve rented in Navarre. Decently updated & beautiful deck. So close to the beach we could send the kids back & forth by themselves. Nice renovated place to store beach toys & shower off. Plenty of seating for meals WHICH IS HARD TO FIND. Definitely considering a return visit!

We had a great time! House was clean even around the edges. All appliances worked and were clean. The A/C cooled. Tons of TV channels. Best of all was the BEAUTIFUL view of the gulf from the dinning, kitchen, living room and of course the outside deck!

We stayed at Salty Breeze from a Wednesday evening until a Wednesday morning. We absolutely loved the house for our party of 12. 6 adults and 6 children. The views were amazing, We awoke one morning and were able to watch the dolphins swim across the ocean ahead of us while sipping coffee. The shower downstairs was so nice to have to get the kids sand free from the beach before sending them into the house. We seriously cannot wait to go back and appreciate how understanding Jeanette was during our questions as we had never did a rental house before. We also reccommend trying Joe Patti's seafood market to cook seafood in the kitchen! Everything you need is provided! Chase-N-Fins was a great dolphin tour! They continued our tour until we found dolphins! Beatiful, Relaxing, Home!

Our group of 12 stayed here very comfortably for 3 nights at the end of August. The house was very well-appointed with towels, cooking utensils, etc. and the main living and kitchen areas' open floor plan allowed for easily having large family meals. The proximity to the beach was great and the surrounding area (Navarre Beach) was very quiet, so we pretty much had the beach to ourselves in the daytime. Grocery stores and restaurants were only a few minutes' drive away. I would highly recommend for a quiet beach getaway!

Salty Breeze was more than I expected. We had our family reunion in Navarre for the first time beautiful beach and of course beautiful house. The house had everything we needed, perfect for our kids because it's beachfront. Jeanette was welcoming and Malinda always answered my questions and friendly. Everyone loved it we had a wonderful time and hopefully we will be back next year.

This home was perfect; we had everything we needed/wanted and more for our week stay. The home was clean and updated. I has an extremely open floor plan which was exactly what we were looking for; you can see the ocean from just about anywhere in the home. The kitchen has two very large islands which were great for eating/meal prepping while watching the waves. That is, if we weren't eating on the large deck itself. The deck spans the entire rear side of the home and halfway up the sides. Some of our best times of vacation were spent watching the waves or a night thunderstorm out in the gulf. The beach is just a short 30 second walk, and the outdoor shower was great for getting sand off when coming back from the beach. Jeanette made sure to check on us several times during our stay to make sure that we had everything that we needed, and answered any questions that we had. Overall; the property couldn't have been better, and i would absolutely recommend staying here to anyone, and would be thrilled to stay here again.

This beach house was nothing short of perfect for our family of 13! From the spacious house to the beach right outside it was one of the best vacations we've ever had. The atmosphere is set up for relaxation. The property managers were more than accommodating with any questions we had during our stay. We will definitely be back to the Salty Breeze!!

This property was everything we hoped it would be and more. We were pleasantly surprised by the huge balcony. The pictures show the balcony as much smaller than it is. We spend much of our stay there. The view was awesome and only about 50 yards to the waves. Probabaly ten yards to the sand. Only drawback is the public parking area is next door. That is a reach to call that a problem but is worthy of mentioning. We loved this property. Clean and well maintained.

This beach house was absolutely perfect for our multi-family gathering! The bedrooms and bathrooms are very accommodating (bunk room was awesome!), the openness of the floor plan made it feel so spacious and comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked with all cook and service ware The large deck was our evening hang out spot for family entertaining with the Gulf of Mexico as our scenery! It was very easy access to the beach where we enjoyed swimming, skim boarding, building sand castles and dolphin sightings. The outside shower was great for rinsing off after a long day at the beach! We had family coming in from several different states and the parking area was roomy enough for us all. I am so ready to go back and make more wonderful family memories!

House was very clean. Excellent quality of furniture. Upstairs loft needs some work as the frame is way too big for the mattress. Overly adequate dishes and good quality. Seating area was very good. AC was fantastic. Location was great. Great Service and quick response to any questions. Will definitely go back to this house.

Came to Navarre from word of mouth, looked it up and came out with family...we were 13! The house fits 14 perfectly fine. The house was what I was looking for... especially beach front. Sunrise and sunsets were amazing... can't wait to go back!
