Pros: Awesome location and view. Beach toys, canopy, boards, kayak available. Responsive management. Very nice house, layed out great. I would buy a property like this. The first floor garage breeze way area was great for storing beach stuff out of the way. Cons: Check out time was too early (0900) Meeting management for check in instead of just sending the door code was an extra step, but it was nice them showing us the available beach stuff we could use. Some of our sheets were dirty, so we washed them upon arrival. We did not contact management for this. There was a leak over the kitchen. We let management know, they were quick to respond and it did not effect out stay. We will probably stay here again.

Clean, well appointed; we would stay here again. Lovely master bed and bath. The other bedrooms are definitely smaller than they appear in the photos, but are nice. Beautiful view of the ocean from the balconies.

Love the location! We felt like we were on a private beach most of the time! The accommodations were perfect for us although the 4th bedroom is very small! The kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfy, towels were plush! Booking was easy and communications w/ rental company were excellent! We will be back! 💙

This was a beautifully furnished and decorated property. Too bad the elevator wasn’t working. It wasn’t listed as having an elevator, that was just going to be an extra treat I had read about in the reviews. It also would have been nice to know in advance how tiny the fourth bedroom is. There were a lot of beach amenities we had access too along with a couple of bikes. We literally could have come with our bathing suits and beach towels! The management was super and had someone there we we got there to let us in and give us the scoop. I would for sure stay here again!

This property was really lovely. The master bedroom has a beautiful gulf view and the other bedrooms face the road but the bay can be seen from those rooms as well. The house was SUPER clean! It had everything we needed in the kitchen, and we cooked most nights. The beach closet was well stocked with toys and floats. No complaints, great stay and hope to return soon!

Beautiful place & location. The beach is just a 2 minute walk on a private boardwalk. No need to cross a street. It’s directly on the beach. My family went Labor Day weekend and the beach wasn’t crowded at all. We felt like we had it all to ourselves. The unit has beautiful views and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and more. Everything was exceptionally clean. As other reviewers have mentioned one of the bedrooms is small. If you plan to use the trundle under this bed, it’s difficult to open the closet door and nearly impossible to close the bedroom door if the trundle is extended. It will be fine for children but I don’t think adults would be happy with that room at all. If you don’t need the trundle, it’s not a problem. The other bedrooms are very large and beautiful. The floor plan is great and allows privacy for the large bedrooms which makes it possible for some people to sleep late and not be disturbed in the morning. Our family would definitely choose this condo again.

The only thing I would suggest to change is to have the kitchen a little more stocked for people that like to cook. We made it work but other places we have rented had way more small appliances and cookware for cooking. Did not in any way ruin our vaca but something to think about for the cooks.

We had plenty of space for our group of 9. The beds were so comfortable!! Kitchen has all the appliances you need to cook. My favorite is the downstairs closet with the kayaks, bikes, beach toys, chair and sand toys. You don't need to bring a thing!!

We loved this beachfront property! It was clean, beautifully decorated and well-stocked. The beach is gorgeous and easily accessed with a short dune bridge. We enjoyed quiet walks both east and west in the sand and on the roadside path. It was a short drive back over the bridge for groceries and supplies. There is a nice local seafood market near to Publix. We would definitely recommend and choose to stay again should we be blessed to return to the area. Thank you!

We had an amazing time at this townhouse! We've been to Navarre several times and have stayed at multiple properties, but this was by far the best. It was super clean, easy access to the beach, plenty of beach toys, chairs, kayaks, etc in the storage unit downstairs. Highly recommend and we will likely stay here again in the future!

Loved Star & Seas! Location was fantastic and the property was updated and beautiful! Perfect size for 6 adults and infant (could have slept 2-3 more) and were able to bring our shitzu and daughter’s corgi! Navarre Beach is quiet and not crowded. Wonderful vacation spot!

We came with our kids and grandkids to visit the beach. We loved that it wasn't overcrowded! The view was amazing to the ocean and we saw dolphins swimming by every morning. The kids had a great time hunting crabs at night and we all enjoyed finding sea shells on the beach. The beach house was a perfect size for our family. We rode the bicycles provided there and also used the kayaks. We are definitely planning a trip back.

Navarre Beach is a beautiful and peaceful place to visit, and this property makes the entire experience even more wonderful. The furnishings and decor are gorgeous (I would live in that stunning master bedroom) and the space is well designed for gathering with family or friends. We had the best week at this property with our extended family. The property fit our needs, it was a beautiful townhome. Location could not be beat. Steps to the beach, enjoyed it the beautiful views at all times of the day. Plenty of areas to entertain, we loved the decks. Management easy to work with-locked ourselves out one day-someone came right out to let us in. Townhome was also well appointed with supplies- there was even spices in the cabinet! It had almost everything you could need in that place. I would love to go back very very soon!

We had a wonderful time in this rental at Navarre Beach. The space was perfect for 6 adults and 3 kids! The kayaks were a huge hit and great addition to the home. The outdoor shower with hot and cold water was also very nice to use. I agree with previous reviews that the room with the bunk beds is very small, but worked well for the kids in our family. We had a great vacation and would definitely stay here again.

Overall excellent visit. Sign up process a little rough, but smoothed out when cooler heads intervened. Facility excellent. Location excellent. Elevator operating on check in and out would have been nice for these old bones. Will do it again.

This is a beautiful and very comfortable home right on the beach. It is well-appointed with a fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, and even a room full of toys (sand toys, kayak, bicycle, boogie boards, and blow up floaties) all for use free of charge with the vacation rental. We saw dolphins swim by nearly every morning and manta rays jumping in the sun. The beach is right outside and is accessible via a walkover (you don't have to cross the road to get to the beach). One of my favorite things was the master suite with the large shower, jacuzzi tub, and large private balcony. My husband and I along with our three kids and my brother were very comfortable and had a great time! Our only regret is that we all didn't put on enough sunscreen the first day in our excitement to get to the beach to enjoy that glorious Florida sun!

We had a great week, we were able to check in early as the unit had not been used the week before. The unit was excellent as we had 3 couples which each had their own bedroom and bathroom. We have visited the panhandle 20 times and we love Navarre as it is as pristine today as it was 20 years ago when we stayed in the Holidome on the beach. Renting from Jeanette is great because there are no surprises, the units I have rented have been better than I expected.

We had a wonderful week staying at the Sea and Stars. There was plenty of room for the kids to spread out and plenty of beach for us. It really is one of the most relaxing places on the Gulf. The kitchen had all the essentials for a typical meal prep. The beach closet had boogie boards, kayaks, bikes, beach chairs, and fun stuff. Over all, we really felt at home here. The beach is beautiful, soft white sands. I understand that normally, it is a calm water area too but we had the misfortune of coming the week after Hurricane Michael so we had yellow flags every day. Given the devastation just a few miles down the road, it was a small thing to be sure. We figured out exactly where the name came from our second night sitting on the deck for hours just watching the stars move across the sky. We must have spent 12 or 15 hours out there over the course of our week. The sound of the surf and the stars dancing in front of us. The chairs on the deck were very comfy and perfect for propping up your feet and leaning back. We never heard the neighbors which was a worry of ours. Navarre is more convenient to modern comforts than other beaches we have visited. There are two Wal-marts, a Food Lion, and several other grocery stores very close to the exit for the island. Within a 15 minute drive, we had dozens of restaurant choices and shopping conveniences. Okaloosa is a short drive away and Destin is just past that if you want the over commercialized, touristy trap towns. We wanted to visit but not stay there for sure. So glad we picked Navarre instead! Perfect beach vacation and perfect beach vacation house (there's even an elevator that you can pay a deposit to use)! We had a 4 generation vacation. From 87 great Grammer down to 14 month old baby. Everyone had a fantastic time playing in the sand and gulf. Water was fantastic. Easy access to beach. Can’t wait to return.

This condo was pristine! Upgraded furniture, modern (well supplied) kitchen, classy decor.... I could go on and on. Everything shined! We loved the outside shower, complimentary bikes and kayaks. This pace has everything to make a great vacation on the Gulf perfect. We are counting the days when we come back next year!
