We had a wonderful time at Seabatical! Our family group is 11 and we had the perfect amount of space and layout for us to spread out! There was everything we needed in the kitchen and this unit has beautiful furnishings. So easy to just use the walkway to the beach which is gorgeous! The location is perfect and close to the pier, restaurants, coffee shops and the causeway to get over to Navarre. Also, other tenants had left some beach items which we used and was so helpful with 6 kids! This was our first family vacation together and staying at Seabatical helped make it even more memorable!

The townhouse was great!! Furnished with everything we needed. The house was clean and relaxing. The back decks look out onto the beach. Bring baby gates if you have children you want to keep off the stairs. The boardwalk is shared by the other 3 houses but is not a problem. The boardwalk takes you straight to the sand. You do have steps to go down to the sand, so you will need 2 people to carry things like wagons. Navarre is a very active beach for shelling in the morning and crab hunting at night. The week we were there, was a double red flag. No swimming due to rip tides. It was very windy so putting up canopies was a struggle. Bring extra long stakes and rope to tie down. Bring indoor family games if the kids get bored with the beach. The location of this property is far enough away from the condo towers that the beach area was not crowded. It is next to a public access entrance but it was not a problem. We loved this house and hope to come back someday!!

Seabatical is one of the nicest homes we have stayed in. The location, the layout and the decor are perfect .

Had our own dock to the beach- which I LOVED. The rooms were beautiful and had everything you needed. The ONLY thing I wish we had was the kitchen being more stocked with seasonings or basic condiments.Can't really complain though. We also had a bottle of wine waiting to welcome us that was from Blue Moon- so we felt very welcomed and taken care of. I would def rent from them every time!

The location is great. We were concerned that being so close to a public beach access might be a problem. But, it was not at all. Water and weather was the best it’s been in years. Condo was really nice. This was our second, maybe third time staying there. There was one change from previous stay. There is no pantry anymore, it’s been changed to a locked owners closet so not really any place to store groceries. Still a great place to stay, but we did miss the pantry.

This has been one of the best places I have rented. They had everything I needed! The view is amazing. Communication was fast and easy. The location was not crazy busy. It was peaceful and calm. Far enough away from the crowds but close enough to get to the grocery store. I would definitely come here again! A beautiful home away from home.

There was nothing spared when when it comes to this place having all of the special touches to make the stay top notch. It really is just so tastefully decorated, but mother nature definitely has the last word with the beautiful ocean views, pouring through the large windows and from the spacious decks.Especially nice are the 3 separate floors/living areas so our party of 12, consisting of 4 different families made up of 7 adults and 5 children, could all gather together while visiting, but spread out for rest time and privacy. As beach lovers, we primarily enjoyed time at the beach and so dined in often. We loved the kitchen, which provided everything one could possibly think of, including large pots and pans to accommodate a large group. Dinner out on the main floor deck was so relaxing and so special, with the views. The oversized decks provided many high quality seating options. Having an oversized private deck on the main floor that connects directly to the boardwalk leading out to the beach was a big plus!There are little extras placed around here and there throughout the unit, making the stay feel like you are being pampered. There was a wonderful welcome gift upon entering the unit, special boutique type toiletry starter items provided in the bathrooms, sound machines, a seashell book naming most all of the shells you may encounter on your walks, beach toys for the kids, and so much more.Hands down though, the thing that set this vacation stay apart from the others was the amazing staff at Blue Moon Rentals (shoutout esp. to "Malinda," who went above and beyond in every way, but especially with her kindness and compassion). The communication and responsiveness was excellent, meeting our every need. This home was perfect for our 2 families! We had 12 people in our group. The layout of this home was great for the older children having the lower floor all to themselves. While the little ones were quietly tucked away on the top floor. We all enjoyed how spacious the main floor was for eating and hanging out…when we weren’t on the beach. Staying at a beachfront home was a must but the master shower was an unexpected bonus! It was NIIIICE!!! Especially after a long day at the beach. Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay in Navarre!
