Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a great time. More of a challenge hunting for interesting shells this year, courtesy of Mother Nature. Water was warm, sun was shining and it was neither too hot nor cold. Pretty perfect. Lots of great restaurants close by. Especially love the very short walk to the beach straight from the back porch, the lovely views. Not the most updated or modern unit, but it is always clean and maintained and can't beat the excellent pricing. The Blue Moon folks deal with any issues promptly and are always friendly and helpful. This was our fifth stay at this unit and we'll be back next year!

Loved the house and the location. There were a few minor things the screen to back sliding glass didn’t work, it would have been nice if the top was covered when it rains so you could sit out on deck and it got warm in the afternoons you couldn’t cut air down below 71 it would cut off it you did.

Well stocked, right on the water and had a lovely deck with a large table for outside dining. The location and home are perfect for our family of 8. The kitchen had a generous amount of cookware/dishes/utensils. The pictures do not do justice to how beautiful this home is. On rainy days we enjoyed playing games in the covered area on the ground floor. This was the perfect place for our family to just "be". We beached all day, napped, laughed, relaxed, had no schedules, and made tons of memories. This home gave us plenty of room to enjoy each other and be together but also spacious enough that we could all spread out. This home had a variety of games, movies, and books to enjoy while staying there. We are planning our next Navarre trip. If the same amount of people come (8) next time we will absolutely rent this home for the 3rd year. If our family grows we may need a bigger place but regardless of the size of home we need, we will only be using Blue Moon Vacation Rentals. They make the trip from beginning to leaving simple, smooth, easy, and personal. Every home we have stayed in has been so clean and beautiful.

Walk right out to the sand and collect more shells or just stroll along the edge of the ocean or hang out in a beach chair. Great accommodations, comfortable furniture and everything you need. Just bring your clothes and go food shopping. Everything was clean and the sole small problem that occurred was addressed immediately by polite and efficient maintenance. Groceries, shopping and restaurants are a short drive away as is the National Sea Shore. Hit the zoo this trip and had a great time feeding the animals and the budgies. If you do want the crowds of typical tourist sites, Pensacola and Destin are close enough to drive to and enjoy.

This is the second time our family has stayed at this property. We stay at VRBO properties for most vacations and this is one of our favorite places! Navarre Beach is a quiet community, with a fantastic beach. The beach is all white sand with the water being a deep aqua blue which looks more like the Caribbean than a typical Florida beach. The property is located right on the beach, with the a boardwalk connecting the main floor deck directly with the beach. We literally hung out on the beach all day being able to easily walk up to the property, get food and refreshments and head back to the beach. Completely relaxing! The unit is in great shape and is well maintained. We really like having the Master Suite on the 2nd level with its own private balcony overlooking the Gulf, with their being plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen is well appointed with it being easy to cook our meals there. We hope to be back again and would highly recommend this property to anyone! Thank you!

Location was the absolute best. Walk out on the aster bedroom balcony in the morning, sip coffee and watch the sunrise over the ocean. End of the day watch the sunset from the living room deck while grilling with the family. Mere steps from the sand and surf. Far enough from the crowds to feel like our own little piece of paradise, but close enough to get into anything we wanted. Plenty of room for me, my wife and 4 teenage to adult children. Very clean and had everything we needed for a great vacation. Owners were very helpful and even though we really didn’t need anything we knew they were just a phone call away. Can’t wait to come back!

We love the location and the layout works well for visiting family and friends. The property was clean, and had everything we needed. There were a couple of deferred maintenance issues, the main one being the decking out to the water. There were some screws that were sticking up from the wood that made walking barefoot dangerous. We had a couple of stormy days so we used the patio underneath the house to keep the kids entertained and noticed that some of the lights were either out or the fixtures damaged. Overall, this has been a wonderful place to spend 2 to 3 weeks just relaxing and enjoying the views. We are looking forward to our next visit.

Great trip! White sand beaches right outside the door with super easy access. The beaches weren’t crowded at all, even on the weekend. This house has a covered porch with lounge chairs which was great to get a break from the sun if needed. We were a little worried about renting the townhouse instead of a separate house because of how close the neighbors would be, but it honestly was no different given the house spacing - no issues at all! House had everything we needed, and our large pup who travels with us often was welcome :)

We really enjoyed our stay at the Seagull property, and we found the property listing to be accurate. Great view of the gulf, nice decks to sit out on (upper and lower), easy access to the beach, and the beach was not crowded at all, despite it being Spring Break; this being a function of the house being located far enough away from condos and hotel that very few people would access the beach where we are located. So, if you like a non-crowded beach, this place is great! The property is part of 4 units in one building. All bedrooms are spacious, comfortable beds (not so much on pillows, though, so might bring your own if picky), nice spacious bathrooms, great kitchen, open floor plan, and can easily sleep the 8 advertised. Master is beautiful, overlooks gulf, with its own coffee bar/fridge, etc. and deck. Good washer/dryer. Another bedroom upstairs with 2 twin beds, and bedroom on lower level with queen bed. All have their own bathrooms. Would be very hard to find anything wrong with this property! Everything was clean and felt very secure in this area. Short 5-minute drive down to the island's restaurants and 25 minute drive over to Pensacola Beach restaurants, if you want to do that sort of thing. Beach is fantastic here too. Loved our time at Seagull!

Navarre Beach (west half) and this condo are perfect if you like low density and plenty of beach to yourself. One of the shortest distances possible from stepping off the porch to dipping your toes in the water...so much easier when lugging gear back and forth to the beach! We would stay here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place is so very quiet, no bright lights, semi-private beach paradise. No traffic snarls, but close proximity to restaurants and amenities. Perfect to get away and relax. And the deck views are phenomenal. Plenty of room to spread out too. Wonderful that we were able to bring our furbaby, with dog beach a short drive Way. Love this place. Will be back!

Perfect location. Owners wonderful. More charming than photos reveal. Great parking. Large bedrooms. Immaculate and comfortable. We had quiet neighbors while we were there. Darling artwork. 3 places to eat on island. Many off. Short beautiful drive down Santa Rosa Island to Pensacola and Ft Pickens historical site. Enjoyed breakfast at Alphys, fresh seafood from Narrave Seafood Market, casual dinner at Johnny Hustons and Stripes. Navarre Welcome Center very helpful. Enjoy this natural setting!

What a great location! The beach was absolutely beautiful our week stay, like the Caribbean! We loved swimming in the water. We loved it here. So peaceful, quiet, no crowds. Steps from the beach. Lots of seashells, which we all loved to pick like treasure. The condo was immaculately clean! It was very roomy for our family of 2 adults with 3 college kids. Very comfortable. Had everything we needed. Nice decor and art by the owner. We saw dolphins swim in the morning, stingrays, fish, pelicans - sea turtles, sharks at local fishing pier and conservatory turtle center. Some places to eat local and Walmart and Publix near. Best burgers at local Johnny Huston's! We drove over to Destin to rent jeeps at Destin Jeep Rentals, great people, to go on trails at local Point Washington State Park and visit Seaside. We also drove to Pensacola to eat at Crabs. Best Dungeness Crab ever - great atmosphere on beach. The drive was through Gulf Island National Seashore with reduced speeds for bird nesting; beautiful. We made great memories here and the condo was just perfect for our family! Thanks!

This was our second time staying in Seagull 3 and it was just as good as our first. With the private walkway to the beach and all the other amenities, it makes for a great stay for my family of 6. While Navarre Beach is quiet and peaceful, there are plenty of other places close by to go experience some "hustle and bustle". We spent plenty of time right out the back door on the beach, but we also took some time to visit other attractions in the area. But it was always nice to come back to Seagull 3. With it's well stocked kitchen and relaxing decor, we were able to have our meals as if we were sitting in our own home. It's a great place!

I really loved this place. It was between to Pensacola, Fort Walton and Destin, so I had lots of places to go if I wanted to shop or eat out. The town home was very clean and bright with ocean front views on all levels. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. I will definitely book Seagull III again. I have vacationed in Florida several times and this is my favorite place.

We loved everything about this beautiful condo and Jeanette was wonderful to work with! I brought my parents, brother and my best friend and there was plenty of room for all of us to have our own space. The condo was beautifully decorated. There are two spacious decks with a spectacular view of the gorgeous beach. We saw pods of dolphins every day we were there. We got to enjoy the laid back pace of Navarre beach but could easily drive to shopping and great restaurants at near by Okaloosa, Pensacola and Destin. Jeanette was available at all times for any question. We will definitely being staying at Seagull 3 again. Thanks for a great vacation Jeanette!

This condo was absolutely perfect for our group of 6. Plenty of room for everyone! The patio deck without the rails gave us a great view of the fabulous beach and Gulf of Mexico. Very comfortable beds and the master bedroom was huge. Large enough for a couple of extra blow up beds or pallets. The walk from our patio door across the wooden walkway made the beach access to our tents less than 2 minutes. Being able to bring our English Bulldog Emma made it even more perfect. We couldn't ask for a more relaxing week on our family vacation! We are definitely coming back!!! PS... I have other family members that want to rent the condo next door if its available so we can bring more family next year.

Having the private walk-over certainly affords a great "plus" for getting to the beach and the large rooms allow everyone to have their "space". We rent this unit as well as Jurney's End next door to quite a few family groups that need more accommodations. We look forward to you coming back next year to both of these homes in Paradise!

The pictures do not do justice for this beautiful walkover to the beach. Our whole family had the best vacation at this little piece of Paridise. Three bedroom with your own private bath. The kitchen was equipped with every thing you need to prepare a meal. Even has a propane grill. We just found out Al and Jeanette the property managers have taken over the unit directly next door. So we are planning to rent both for our family reunion this summer. Can't wait!!!

Our stay was just as we had hoped. The property was clean, comfortable and had plenty of space for our family. Loved having the beach practically to ourselves. I especially liked that we were greeted at the door with the keys to the townhome upon arrival, rather than checking in at a rental office. Jeanette and Al were very helpful and easy to work with. The week we spent in this property was amazing. The house was great. It was very clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. Our kids were able to have a room of their own which was nice. I've rented several properties through VRBO and have never been disappointed. However, this was our favorite and the owners were so nice to work with. The beach was easily accessible and was not crowded at all. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet and beautiful beach vacation where the owners make sure you feel right at home.
