Being near the end of the Navarre strip meant fewer crowds. The house is beautiful and the fact that it also has a pool is the cherry on top. During our week, there were purple flags (jellyfish) the entire time at the beach and the one time my son did swim a little he did get stung (tip: hot shower for 20 minutes works it out). Being able to chill at the beach for most of the day but then still actually swim in the pool made it so much easier with the kids.Only two minor things I would call attention to: 1) this is the only house I've ever rented where there is nothing in terms of spices, oils, etc. There is not even salt and pepper, so just be prepared for that. I will add that while they can't guarantee any beach gear that others may have left behind, there was a plentiful amount of floats, chairs, toys, etc for us. 2) There are a lot of stairs (true of all houses in the area) and while they look beautiful they are very smooth, which is not the best choice for a house with a pool and across from the beach. My father had a spill on them and sprained his ankle. I've recommended they add some grip strips to the stairs and hope that they do so. The rental company was super responsive. Check in was easy. We had a minor issue our first night when a sprinkler had gotten off course and was blasting across the satellite dish from 4:30-5:30am, creating quite a noise. I called first thing in the morning and they had someone out to adjust it shortly. They also responded quickly after my father's fall, though unfortunately we could not use the elevator (only for the owners and not working while we were there).Overall we loved our stay - having stayed previously at other places in the area, this is the only place we would want to stay again with a large group. Even with the sprained ankle we had no regrets, other than having to leave. We loved our time at Se

As for the house, I'd say it's perfect for large groups. Spacious and well-appointed. Location = 10/10. Amenities = 10/10. I was worried about accessing the Sound side. It's a short walk, but please tread lightly and obey the nesting signs. The gulf beach access is right across the problem with a quick walk to get a lunch snack and right back on the beach. We are a jet ski group and there was plenty of parking for our three trailers and vehicles. We were concerned about launch and recovery daily, but it was a breeze. We love this place!!Things to consider...(not negative, just prepare)1. This is a 3-story rental. You will do lots and lots of stair climbing. The main floor is the 3rd floor.2. If you have toddlers, bring a stair gate with you and make sure it spans at least 48 inches.

One of our favorite spots in the house was the front deck. It was the full length of the house and offered amazing views of the gorgeous Gulf. We loved that the beach access was right across the street as the grandkids wanted to go there every day.We had a couple of small issues that were addressed immediately..the customer service was amazing!!!In addition to beach access this house was located not too far from the infamous Navarre Pier and the bridge that took us to an area that was saturated with shops and restaurants. Try Dewey Destin Navarre for the freshest fish and beach ambiance!We hope to stay at this property again and have already given the rental information to other family and friends.LOVE the beach house and the rental company..they are very accommodating and easy to work with. They are the best!

Home has all the beach stuff in the basement you will need. We cooked every night and the kitchen is stocked with utensils. Remember to bring your herbs and spices from home! I drove to Winn Dixie and Publix on the main land almost every day for items to keep us comfortable. It’s a short drive to the main land except when there is weekend afternoon traffic backing up at the bridge. Highly recommend. Would love to own on Navarre Beach!

We did have to contact the management company because the outdoor shower was not working and they responded quickly and fixed it immediately. The only thing I would suggest as an improvement is that a house of this caliber should have a gas grill.

We absolutely loved this place! Super clean, very comfortable. There were beautiful views from every balcony. The owners are very attentive and quick to respond. If you travel with small children , I would pack a baby gate … the stairs became an issue with the 2 year old.

This was our third year coming to Navarre Beach and we've tried a different house each year. This house was by far the best that we've had! Location was perfect, as close as we could be without being "on the beach". Directly across from a beach access! House had enough space for our family of 8 adults and 5 children. Everyone had their own room. Having an elevator made arriving and leaving that much easier also. Views were spectacular on the large front porch(es)especially. And I absolutely love whales so the decor was delightful! 😊

Five exhausted nurses came for a girl's trip to this property, and it could not have been better. The view is serene, the walk to the beach is literally just across the street, and the beach was not crowded by high-rise condos. It was a wonderful trip, and we hope to be back here!

The views from the property are gorgeous. The size of the house is great. We had 10 people vacationing and never felt like we were on top of each other. We loved the multiple balconies to choose from-top gulf side was the favorite. So spacious. The house had every amenity we needed. And the chairs/umbrellas/beach toys that came with the place were also used and loved. We brought a baby gate with us to block the stairway at the top floor. So glad we did! That is the only recommendation I have to bring with if babies/toddlers are coming with you. It was a great family get away and we highly recommend the house.

The home was perfect for our cousins reunion. We didn't bring spouses, and it handled 9 individual adults just fine! And the elevator helped with bringing in food and with one cousin that has mobility issues. Huge kitchen and living room. Every utensil, bowl, pot, etc that we needed. Well stocked. Several beach chairs and boogie boards available to use, too! Thanks to the owner for communicating very well. We'll gladly stay here again.

This property is well maintained and fully equipped with just about anything you need including but not limited to beach chairs, beach toys for the kids, grill, outdoor shower, bikes, cozy furniture, and a fantastic kitchen. The view from the balcony is absolutely stunning because there is not a house in front of it on the beach. It's beautiful inside and out. The property owner is awesome and will help you immediately if you ever encounter a problem. My family and I go back each year. We love it!

We had 11 people and this was a perfect number for the house. The home is gorgeous and the views fantastic. It was so easy to get to the beach and all other activities. The traffic getting off the bridge was heavy at rush hour into the evenings but not other times. My 85 year old mom enjoyed the balconies and living room, and there was plenty to do for our four year old granddaughter and everyone in between. We loved it and hope to visit Seas the Day again.

We loved staying at seas the day! It was the perfect home for our large family. Lots of room in the kitchen, dining and living room areas. We loved the outdoor balconies and easy access to the beach. We will definitely be coming back!

House was amazing and perfect fit for our family. Location to the beach is perfect, house is beautiful and roomy. Only think I would change is the one ply toilet paper, easy fix was going to Navarre and buying some ( they don't supply much anyways so you will need some most likely) no dish soap either and I am OCD but could not get off the Island till late (10pm) due to traffic after the air show so had to look at pots and pans but not a huge deal just will remember these things for our next trip. It also appeared to have a dirty comforter and pillow case on one bed so it was a late first night getting that washed before bed time as it was not realized until 9pm BUT nothing that could not be taken care of just bad choice on cleaning crew to not put clean items on all bed. Overall this house was amazing and we would stay again.

This is the 3rd time we have rented this home. We have 3 generations that stay in the home together. My mother is handicapped and requires an elevator. Navarre Beach and Seas the Day was fantastic for our families! The house was beautiful and plenty of room so everyone was comfortable. We enjoyed both the beach side and the sound side (my favorite). Property was clean and did I say beautiful. Very well decorated and comfy. Property manager was super responsive and check in was easy. Great time had by all! Just be sure to follow elevator instructions. We didn’t want the kids to play on it, and left a door open so they couldn’t ‘call’ it and in the process made it inoperable.

The house is on a beautiful part of the island that does not have a lot of traffic. The house is well set up for a visit with extended family able to take different “wings” of the house. Pretty views from everywhere. Loved the table that was easily able to seat our party of 11

We knew we wanted to go to the beach for Mimi's 60th birthday bash, but we didn't know we would be hit with a global pandemic along the way! All of a sudden, our search requirements were limited to reasonable driving distance from Texas, white sand and pretty water (not found in Texas), and as little population as possible. Enter Navarre Beach! This house provided everything we could have hoped for and more. Its proximity to the beach (2-6 min walk depending on just how much you can carry), water views from every room in the house, and accommodating floor plan for our big family was a match made in heaven. The 3rd story kitchen / great room / master bedroom combination was great for congregating with a wide open floor plan, and the table you see in the pictures just doesn't do it justice. The 2nd story was a perfect set-up for us with a split floorplan of two bedrooms on each side of the house which allowed for enough space between family units. Lastly, Bob Hill (owner) was extremely accommodating and responsive throughout the trip. A family of 13 comes with a lot of questions and he was always quick to respond and extremely gracious with his time. We can't wait to come back and stay at Seas the Day again soon!

My family and I really enjoyed staying in this property. Overall the house was great and accommodated everyone. The main issue we had was the cleanliness of the house once we arrived. The bunk bed sheets weren't changed at all and there was food/ trash left in some of the beds and living spaces. Other than that everything was perfect!

Our party of 9 (6 adults, 3 children) had a wonderful stay at Seas The Day. The house was perfectly clean and very comfortable. It's positioned far enough away from the high-rise condos and pier to feel more private, however the road in front of the house was decently busy at times, which you noticed if on the front porches but you couldn't hear from indoors. The walk to the beach is easy, and there were plenty of beach toys and some chairs and umbrellas available to use. We were amazed at how clear the water was; we wish we had brought our masks and snorkels! The elevator worked fine and was handy. There were two adult bicycles provided and they were fun to ride down to the tiki bar (20 min bike ride). Guests with small children should note that besides beach toys, there is no other gear for children available at the house (utensils, high chairs/boosters, pack n play, baby gates) and those would have been helpful. On the 3rd floor (where the master bedroom and kitchen/dining are located), the stairway at the top is open and with no gate, we had to creatively block it to keep the 15-month-old baby from toddling down the stairs. There is a Winn Dixie and Publix across the causeway, so about 12-15 mins from the house. We also got great fresh shrimp from the seafood market down from Publix. We do recommend this house to anyone and look forward to staying here again. Thank you for offering your home to us!

We had family come from all over the country to stay. We could not have asked for a better place! The owners were very nice and easy to work with. We loved that it wasn’t a very touristy place. The beach was very nice and not crowded at all. We watched dolphins, saw stingray, found an octopus, and saw a small shark swim to shore! We rented scooters up the street and went on the pier where we got to see several sharks, dolphins, and sea turtles! Bought seafood from the seafood market a few miles from the house. Had some of the best sushi at The Slippery Mermaid! Can’t wait to come back sometime!

We loved the Seas the Day house! So nicely decorated and had everything we needed! Absolutely loved the porches and all 12 of us would hang out there every morning for coffee and in the evenings for cocktails. The location on Navarre is perfect! We could hear the ocean from the porch. The beach area right across from the house did not get crowded. Loved how the Navarre area because it is so much less crowded than other areas like Destin. The house, outside porches and view of the ocean are even better than the pictures! Great location, watched dolphins from the decks, made lots of meals in the huge kitchen, enjoyed lots of time relaxing on all the deck furniture. House had lots of beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, boogey boards, etc to use at the beach. This place had everything we needed and more. I can’t think of a single negative. Thank you for opening up your home. Perfect place for our first time to Navarre!

We loved our stay at seas the day! Location was the best, fewer people at the beach than closer to the pier, beach access directly across the street was convenient too. The home is tastefully decorated, the kitchen is big enough for families to cook together in which we had fun doing and there was room for everyone at the dining table. The beds were comfortable, the elevator was nice to have as the kitchen is on the top floor, and the balconies were great. We could see dolphins swimming in the gulf in the mornings from the balconies and it was very peaceful in the evenings when there was less traffic and you could hear the waves crashing in.

Large group of friends and our kids stayed here for 4 nights and had a great time! House is absolutely gorgeous and in a great location with ocean views. Only hard part was fighting on who got to stay in the incredible master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Simple minute walk and you were on perfect white sand beaches enjoying the warm weather. Hope to come back next year!

We had a really great time at Seas the Day. We had 6 adults and 8 kids in the house and never once felt cramped or on top of each other. Spent a lot of time hanging out on the deck overlooking the gulf. Great views and good location across the street from beach access. Beautiful home that has spoiled the kids' expectations for years to come. Thanks to the Hills for a great family memory.
