I had really good experience with Sunbeam, only one thing I did not like, and it's not connected with Sunbeam, if you are traveling with dog, closest dog friendly beach is 30 minutes drive in one way. Do not understand Navarre beach is really long beach, I mean really really long, and do not understand how *** they couldn't make couple more short places dog friendly. As I said there is a lot of space for humans and humans with dogs to share

Can relax in in hammock on upper deck and see the ocean on one side and the bay from the other. Very clean and roomy house. Check in was a breeze and so was check out. When storm turned grill over the service people were there and fixed and cleaned everything up quickly. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Our family of four had a terrific stay at this house. Located half a block from the sound side, we easily walked paddle boards there (we paddled to Juan's Pagoda restaurant even) and enjoyed daily strolls. The walk to the ocean side is a bit further, but definitely an easy walk. When we took all of our beach items we chose to drive to the public access, which was also much less crowded that the access closest to the house. There is a hose and outdoor shower to keep the house relatively sand free and an area to lock beach items on the ground level. The house is just lovely inside with a beautiful, updated, huge kitchen. The living room is very large with super large and very comfortable couches and chairs! The upstairs bedrooms are spacious and lovely. The bathrooms have clearly been updated and were very clean, as was the entire house. There were plenty of towels for us and a washing machine on the upstairs level. The kids room had a fun bunk bed as well as a queen bed, so we had more than enough space. The master bed was very comfortable with a memory foam type mattress that was comfortable, but firm, just the way we like. The owners were very prompt, helpful, and responsive to all of our needs. I really liked the location of this house, despite it not being directly on the beach, as its access to the sound is so close, you can walk to the ocean, you can walk to the restaurants on island, and it's quite close to the bridge. Absolutely recommend staying here!!

Our family + my parents (4 adults, 1 toddler, 1 young child) just spent 4 wonderful nights in Navarre Beach at Sunbeam! It was a perfect house for us. Kid friendly and a perfect distance from a beach at the Sound (the kids weren’t all about the waves at the actual beach). There are steep stairs going up to the second level that made it hard on family members with bad knees, but the main living area was huge and had incredibly comfortable furniture. We loved those couches! The only thing I was bummed about was the “fenced back yard” - the fence isn’t but about 2’ high and has large gaps, if bringing a pet, you couldn’t leave them back there without an escape. It’s also got some trees and just isn’t well kept in general. But we hardly went back there - we had planned to let the kids run around a bit back there, it just wasn’t possible. We would absolutely go back to this house - it was fantastic!

Renting the property for our 5 days vacation was a breeze. Jennifer was a gracious host. If we had any issues or questions, Jennifer quickly and promptly responded. The property was as advertised. A well built, spacious, beautiful dwelling with everything we needed for home cook meals. We felt at home away from home. Comfortable and spacious for our party of 7 with a small 5lb. Chihuahua. The beach and restaurants are near by. Super Wal-Mart is just 8 minutes away at the most. We will be back.

This property is deceiving in so many ways. The home is very spacious and modern. The kitchen appliances are top notch, bathrooms very large. Tons of storage in each room. We were extremely comfortable on the California king size bed...slept like babies. The neighborhood was very quiet and we were unaware of neighbors. We hope to return some day.

We enjoyed our stay in Navarre so much. The condo is absolutely beautiful. The kitchen has everything that you could need and then some. It's very clean and beautifully decorated. You can walk across the street to the beach, or if you're like us, take a brief drive down the road to one of many other beach accesses that are a little less crowded. I enjoyed taking my morning walks up and down Gulf Blvd and also through Navarre Beach Marine Park (I think that's what it's called) at the end of Gulf Blvd. I like that the condo is located between Pensacola Beach and Destin. We enjoyed going to both of those places and frequently went to Pensacola for dinner. We would definitely come back and I highly recommend staying here. The condo is absolutely gorgeous and will be the icing on your vacation's cake.

Great property! Close to a great beach of soft white sand . . . across the street. We slept like babies as there is no nighttime neighborhood noise whatsoever! Everything has been updated. Kitchen, mbedroom, mbath, are all in beautiful shape. Has nice back yard with fencing for pets , carport, grille for bbq’ing, W/D is upstairs near bedrooms. We needed something checked and maintainence was there in minutes ! Also, the property is in a great location which gives one quick access to shopping and restaurants in town. We would definitely stay here again.

Very nicely decorated, clean rental. Very nice cooks kitchen with premium appliances. Large master bath with therapeutic tub and beautiful shower. The best part is that we can bring our furry family member and that there was a fenced-in yard out back for her to be. Wish we could have stayed longer than three days. Would definitely request this rental if we come again. We have rented from Al and Jeanette many times in the past and have always been satisfied.

My husband and I truly enjoyed this charming beach house. Great views of the sound from the front balcony and a short easy walk to the beach. Enjoyed the hammock on the master balcony at sunset. The well eguipped and updated kitchen is a fit for a real chef! My 2 Maltese liked the fenced in backyard as well. Would definitely return. Jeanette and Al made bookings our vacation easy and took care of every detail. Narvarre beach is wonderful!

5-STARS. This house looks small on the outside but inside, WOW! Open floor plan provided plenty of room for the adults and my 17-month old granddaughter to hang out, cook, or just relax without feeling on top of one another. Kitchen set up was awesome. Bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice. Front porch has a built in baby gate so we could sit outside without worrying about her falling down the stairs. Great area below the house to store all the beach stuff. Loved being so close to the bay and within very short walk to the ocean side. We walked to the Fishing Pier to watch the fireworks on the 4th. We were able see the shows from Pensacola all the way down to Fort Walton and the awesome display at Navarre, plus everyone was shooting beautiful fireworks right on the beach. It was spectacular. Hope to come again next year!!

This house is amazing. It has top notch features. We enjoyed the decks, the large kitchen and roomy living room. It also has a gas BBQ grill. We brought our kayaks and used them every day. It is only a short walk to the sound side beach which has beautiful sunsets!

This beach home is TOP NOTCH! High end appliances, upgraded bathrooms, beautiful flooring and decorated for the beach getaway I wanted! The front and back decks are perfect for evening family time, too. There is a small fenced in yard for pets that was a definite plus!! It is close to the Sound which had the perfect beach area and easy access for putting our kayaks in where we saw the most beautiful sunsets! WE WILL BE BACK!
