You'll be eye to eye with the pelicans from the 14th floor of this beautiful condo!
The breathtaking views from the great room and master suite with floor to ceiling sliders will have you in vacation mode instantly.

The open concept floor plan allows for forever views from the great room, dining area for 6 and fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar. A full wet bar is adjacent to the dining area.

The king sized primary bedroom, with access to the balcony, has an ensuite bath with jetted tub and walk-in shower.
Tile floors are throughout the great room and the primary.

The second bedroom has a queen and a twin which will sleep 3 comfortably. Another full bath (tub/shower combo) is just outside in the hall.
The coucn in the living room is a sleeper.

This gated resort has a heated pool & hot tub, private cross-over to the beach, community grills (both gas and charcoal), and a fitness center.
It is close to the restaurants, the Science Marine Center and to the longest pier on the Gulf of Mexico.

The Pearl even has 2 EV charging stations!

This is a non pet friendly home, smoking is not allowed in the home or on the balconies and no events are permitted.
Minimum age to rent is 25.

Absolutely gorgeous - it was perfect!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was perfect. Navarre Beach is a perfect family spot. The condo itself was well equipped with everything we could ask for. The kitchen had every appliance and gadget you could want. The washer and dryer were full sized - not your typical condo stacked washer/dryer - and the dryer actually dried everything very quickly. The balcony was the perfect height to see everything going on in the water and the pelicans flew right by every morning. The elevators were fast and since there are only 6 units per floor, we never had to wait very long or stop too many times on the way down and up. The beach was beautiful when we were there. The sunrise and sunset were not over the Gulf water in late May, but you could easily see them on the bay side on the other side of the condo. It was VERY nice to have the 2 chairs and umbrella included with the condo. The owner left a list of restaurants and activities, and those were very helpful. Pensacola was a short 30 minute beautiful drive down the picture perfect beach road. I would HIGHLY recommend this condo to anyone wanting a peaceful, relaxing time.

It was very nice. Cooking skillet needs replaced but other that that be sure if you are cooking being everything like seasonings , oils and etc

Mom/Daughter Getaway

We stayed in 1402 for a mom/daughter getaway and had a wonderful time! The condo was beautiful and exactly what we needed for a relaxing vacation! From check-in to check-out, everything ran smoothly. Communication is key to us, so when we ran into a little hiccup with the condo, the management quickly resolved the issue within hours of me texting them. Will definitely stay in 1402 again!!

Gulf front resort with 2 chairs and umbrella included! Sunstional Pearl!

We had a wonderful-relaxing stay. The view from condo was incredible. Saw dolphins playing almost every day. Easy to go up and down from unit. There are 2 pools — LOVE the heated pool — nice change from beach. Having the beach chairs ready for us by attendant everyday was very convenient! Drive to grocery store and restaurants was literally over the bridge. We’d recommend staying here!

Great Condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo had everything we needed for a family of four adults. The beds were comfortable and the condo was pretty clean. (We had a few minor issues with the condo that management promptly took care of.). We were there over the Fourth of July, so it was busy. However, the beach did not feel crowded at all. The beach chairs that came with the condo were great. We also enjoyed the pub style table and chairs on the balcony-they made it easy to see the spectacular views over the railing. The location made it easy to walk to the pier every night and was close to restaurants. We did not use the pool (we love the beach), but it looked lovely and well cared for. The entire property was in great shape. At prime times taking the elevator was slow, but most of the time it took no longer than a few minutes. I would recommend this condo to friends.

Fun and Refreshing

We surprised our twins with their first trip out of state for their first spring break. We could not have expected the trip to go any better than it did. The property felt like home, the kids practically lived in the swimming pool, and we also enjoyed several hours on the beach. We will be back and we will be using Blue Moon Vacation Rentals to book our next trip!

Very Nice

When we arrived, we were greated by a Blue Moon representative (at the beautiful fountain) who personally escourted us to our condo. It was beautifully decorated and was VERY CLEAN! The kitchen was stocked and the towels were white and fluffy!! THe outdoor pool area was very relaxing and enjoyable. The walk over to the beach was very easily accessable. The beach itself was AMAZING!

Only complaint was ac had stay at 72 and at night condo was a little stuffy for sleeping .

Family Vacation!

Myself and 6 family members shared the condo, and we had plenty of room. I never left once I checked in! There was plenty of cooking appliances which was nice! The elevators are quick even though we were there on a busy holiday! The beach area is so clean with crystal blue /green water and white powdery sand! I have stayed up and down the coast of Florida and this was one of my favorite places I have ever stayed! I will be back!

Weekend business / PR trip

Walked into what appeared to be a freshly painted condo that screamed BEACH FRONT PROPERTY as soon as walked in the front door. Great beach vibe throughout the home. I was really able to decompress. Large seating area on the balcony that has an amazing view of the sandy beach, Pier and a great strip of the coast. Walking distance to the pier which has the best margaritas ever! Will for sure be booking this place again! Cant wait! Tom
