From the location, cleanliness, beautiful style to spectacular location on the beach, this place was everything we needed. Loved being on the quiet end on Navarre Beach with private walkway over the dunes. The place was so clean and well cared for and when we needed some assistance, the Blue Moon folks were there in minutes, on a Sunday, with a smile. The bedrooms all have lovely furnishings. The ice maker fridge and outdoor shower were luxuries we did not know we needed. Our neighbors were so friendly too. We are coming back for sure!

Neighbor owners are very friendly. Our only issues: under-sink leak in top floor guest bathroom; oven thermostat seems off; cooktop took some getting used to. The ice-machine got a huge workout! The unit is clean and well-maintained. I would recommend this condo to friends and family. Enjoyed a drink at Juana's while waiting on check-in, very efficient Blue Moon process. Favorite restaurants: Dave's Oyster Bar (local, not touristy) and Shaggy's on P'Cola Beach, but Flounders was a letdown in 2022. Attractions: Frisky Mermaid Blue Angels/Dolphin tour. Toured the Turtle Conservation Center, saw Sweet Pea. Great for little ones. You really just need to arrive with your swimsuit and towel. The condo has everything including a guest book with beach supplies, services, and restaurant information. My only request is later checkout. 9:00am meant our last evening was spent packing up and not enjoying every possible beach moment. Husband was able to use elevator (extra deposit) since he was recovering from compound ankle fractures/surgeries. We cannot wait to return to Navarre Paradise and hopefully this same unit!!

Quality of building, furnishings, accessories, and appliances were high. The decks, bedrooms and comfortable living room were high points. Location on the beach is excellent. Made for a perfect family holiday trip. The only thing is a warning to veteran VRBO users is the basic start up items that you are used to are not there. trash bags, coffee filters, salt, pepper etc. will have to be purchased immediately. Just an inconvenience not a big deal but a surpise.

The elevator was great for the elderly persons in our family. Two suggestions would be 1) Improving the Wi-fi since more people are working remote these days. We couldn’t have enjoyed our trip more! This property was even better than it looked on Vrbo. It was very clean, extremely spacious and had every needed amenity. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of beach chairs and sand toys in the large first floor garage. The views from the balconies were gorgeous and the beach was never crowded. We hope to be back one day!

Sunset Terrace is a beautiful townhouse. The location is great to the beach, private boardwalk over the dunes to the gorgeous beach. We were needing a getaway after the unexpected loss of our son. Sunset Terrace is a beautiful townhome and was the perfect place for our family vacation. Our family especially loved the beach which was more private than we have experienced on most of our trips to Florida. We had plenty of room to play on the beach without disturbing neighbors. The property manager, Blue Moon Vacation Rentals, was great to work with. We spoke often in the months leading up to our trip due to COVID-19. They readily answered our questions and eased our concerns. We will definitely book with them in the future and hope to stay at Sunset Terrace again.

It’s lovely, spacious, well-equipped, ideally located... just❤️ In fact, the only problem we had all week was figuring out the secret to raising the master bedroom blinds, and even then when we asked for help, Al came out immediately. We had a wonderful white (Beach) Christmas here.

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was spacious and had everything that we needed for a great stay. Perfect set up with the bedrooms for our group. Loved the closeness to the beach from the balcony and the easy boardwalk to the beach. Having the 2 car garage was very nice along with the additional chairs and beach accessories. This house was perfect for us. From the decor to the amenities, everything was first class. My family has stayed in many beach houses over the last 30 years, and I would rate this house as one of the top 3. The management (Blue Moon) was very easy to work with as well. We had a slight problem with the Air Condition and they repaired it within an hour of our call. (that doesn't happen often) We would definitely recommend Sunset Terrace and Blue Moon Rentals

We were very pleased with our stay. The rooms were all very nice. The wifi was fast. An excellent view from both the living room and master bedroom. Easy access to beach. Beach chairs and sand toys provided. Didn't try any of the bikes. Only complaints would be the company didn't mention the beach chairs so we needlessly brought our own. It also takes a while to drive to Pensacola restaurants and activities, but there are several nearby restaurants and grocery stores as well.

This is the first time we rented a house on the beach, it was great, the view was fantastic. We left Iowa after it had been 20 below zero, when we arrived on Navarre Beach and the weather was perfect for us. Jeanette, Al and Malinda were very helpful with any questions we had and helped make our stay that much more enjoyable. The house we rented had everything you needed, even an elevator. I enjoyed most waking up every morning and watching and listening to the sound of waves, AWESOME Thanks again, Mary Ann and Randy

My family and I thoughly loved this town home! It was very clean , spacious, plenty of plush towels and wonderful beds. The back deck had a built in gas grill where we spent most of our evenings. The high end kitchen was perfect for many family meals and the elevator was convenient for my elderly parents. My husband loved the massive garage. We will definitely be back!
