Description

Experience the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico right from your back door!
The white sandy beach surrounds this beautiful end unit townhome featuring 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms.

Recently renovated, the main floor is open concept living with Gulf views from every spot. Offering comfortable seating for TV or Gulf viewing, a dining area seating 6 and a well equipped kitchen for snacking or making a meal, it's a great gathering spot for your group. All furniture is new. The huge brand new Gulf front deck is just outside , perfect for dining, grilling (gas), lounging or sunbathing. There is also a large bedroom with 2 queen-sized beds, new carpeting and full bath on this floor.

Upstairs you'll find the large king-sized Gulf front primary bedroom with a large adjoining bath featuring a jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower. Open the sliders onto the private deck and greet the day with your first cup or end the day with your last one!
An additional king-sized bedroom is also on this floor and shares the large bath with the primary.
All bedrooms have brand new carpeting and large flat screen TV's.
The fourth bedroom is located on the ground floor and is a great private escape. There is a trundle bed and a sleeper sofa as well as new carpeting, full bath, large flat screen TV and sliding doors out to one of 3 gulf front decks. This room can comfortably accommodate 4 for sleeping.

After your day in the sand, rinse off under the outdoor shower on the lower deck. Sort your shells and take a break from the sun in this shaded ground area.
There is a garage for storing your "stuff", parking for 4 directly in front of the home and a full sized laundry for your convenience.
Gas grill.

Your small pup is also welcome to join you! There will be a pet fee for each pet, with a maximum of 2 pets allowed. Cats are NOT allowed.
Note that dogs are NOT ALLOWED on the Gulf Beach.

Smoking is not allowed in the home or on the balconies and no events are permitted.
Minimum age to rent is 25.

Directly next door to Pops' Promise if your group needs multiple houses.

Incredible Views in a Little Slice of Paradise

The location is perfect, with quiet surroundings, and two neighbors to the right of us. The basement space on the first floor was perfect for the kids because it was quiet and separated from the other two floors. The views from the main and top floor are incredible; there's nothing like waking up and having coffee to that view every day. The space was very clean with a lot of natural light, and there was plenty of room for a big group to spread out, when needed. Beds were comfortable and the house was well stocked with necessities, along with beach toys in the garage for the kids! Communication with the hosts was always very seamless and they were very friendly and welcoming! We'd highly recommend this space for families and would stay here again in the future!

Greatest time ever with family

The place was very clean and they had some nice beach toys for the kids. The view was spectacular and the seating outside was very comfortable for everyone. Perfect location

Very clean, beach decor was fun and felt like home. The views were amazing from sunrise to sunset. Loved hearing the ocean waves breaking, feeling the ocean breeze and smelling the fresh ocean air. This was definitely what we were looking for in relaxing and enjoying the beach. Loved that it is not commercialized and the people are so friendly. Great seafood restaurants near by with outstanding food. I will definitely be back.. It’s a great getaway area and so beautiful. Plus this location was fur baby friendly which was an added bonus for us.. ABSOLUTELY loved it!!!

Touch of Paradise in Paradise

Met with a friendly representative upon arrival to a very clean and well-maintained unit to welcome us for the week and answer any questions. The balconies off the master suite and main deck are perfect for daytime ocean views and nighttime stargazing. Located in the garage is a nice surprise of amenities (floats, noodles, chairs, shovels, nets, and buckets) We collected shells during the day and ventured out for crab hunting/beach walking at night. Minor issues during our visit:1)Master bedroom door wouldn't stay shut (propped a pillow on the outside of the door for privacy). 2)Oven wouldn't heat above 290 degrees after 40 minutes (adjusted by cooking stove top or using the propane grill). 3)Sleeper sofa mattress is very thin and springy (made the kids sleep on it).4) Sliding glass door on main floor wouldn't lock.You must try Deb's for the best coffee and Alphy's for the best breakfast in Navarre Beach! Overall, our family had a great experience and will absolutely be back!

Very Relaxing!!!

We love Navarre Beach! This is our second time staying at a house that Blue Moon Rentals manage. The house was big enough to accommodate 4 teens, a toddler, infant, and 4 adults with room to spare. Kitchen had every thing we needed to make meals at the house. We loved that we were able to just walk right out to the beach. We also spent some time on the decks watching dolphins swim early one morning. The beds were a bit harder than what I prefer but I still slept like a baby! Loved that we were close enough to shops and restaurants. We will definitely be back to Navarre!

It is also quite lovely, as the photos show.Its location is excellent, but note that we were there in the winter. In the more popular beach months, the public access next door might get very busy. We did not use the sofa sleeper or the day bed on the lowest level, so I can't comment on their comfort level, but the other beds were very comfotabel. It is true that the higher you go in this townhouse, the lower the water pressure in the showers, but it really isn't an issue and is to be expected. Blue Moon Vacation Rentals provided wonderful service and many thoughtful touches; I am very impressed with them and with this townhome!

Beach views all day!

Large property, plenty of space, we loved being so close to the ocean and falling asleep listening to the waves. Unusually cold for this time of year, but we made the best of it. The home had everything we needed to start, lots of cooking and kitchen things, even placemats which was very helpful. Wish there was a gate for the stairs leading to the beach but we kept the door locked at night. Overall we loved the place, and will keep it in mind for the next trip!

The view is absolutely gorgeous from the decks and even from inside. We like to cook, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and even had the outdoor grill for local grilled fish. We really enjoyed the decks, and my only recommendation to make them even more enjoyable would be to have some shade with either a shade sail or even a table umbrella. We've rental via Blue Moon several times now and they too are great. Very responsive, helpful and professional. Absolutely recommend. Already can't wait to come back!

Great views and convenient access to beach

We spent thanksgiving here. The kitchen was well equipped. We brought everything already made for thanksgiving and just heated it up, but we did do some cooking for other meals. We did a lot of surf fishing and it was very convenient to be so close. The balcony and deck views were stunning! The whole family had the BEST time.

We loved everything about our condo . It was so big and comfortable and we had lots of room for 7 people!!! Good parking ! Loved the views . Will definitely stay there again !!!!

A wonderful Thanksgiving at the beach

We had a great Thanksgiving at the beach. We loved the townhouse. Being able to sit on the deck and see incredible sun rises and sunsets was our favorite. The place was clean, had a fully equipped kitchen (even a crock pot). We will definitely be back.

Great anyway! Forget the weather!

Even though Tropical Storm Barry put a damper on the later part of the week and we had to leave a day early because we had to travel into the impending storm track, the overall stay was great! The townhome size was adequate to accommodate all of us. 5 adults and 5 teens. Only complaint was even though there were 5 TV's, the cable connection was poor everywhere except for the one TV in the living room. Makes it hard to satisfy all the watchers. It was great that it was such a short walk to the beach and WOW what a beautiful view from 3 patios! Close to restaurants, shopping, fishing. Thanks from me and my whole family!!

PERFECT!!!

We travel a lot and use multiple home rental platforms. This was our favorite stay so far. Fully equipped, plenty of space, awesome private sand area before crossing the dunes...kids played without having to worry. Lots of beach toys, boogie boards, umbrella and chairs. Our only suggestion is more towel hooks in bathrooms/bedrooms. Plenty of towels, just no where to hang them. Overall *****!!!

Great time with the family!!

Our family came from Atlanta and Memphis to spend the Labor Day weekend together. The house was perfect for us. We had older adults 60+ to a 3 year old. There was something for everyone to do and enough space to find a quiet spot if you didn't want to do anything. The kids took the downstairs and the parents took the top floor. The beach was great and not too crowded. There was another family in the unit next door but we never heard them through the walls. We only heard each other while on the deck. I would highly recommend this unit.

Perfect fit for my family!!

The condo was a great size for all of my family. We did wish it was a bit easier to access the walk way to the beach but other than that we were greatly satisfied.

We had a very relaxing time!

This was a great location with easy access to the beach. "Beach Front Bliss" was great for our group of three couples. We could go back and forth to the beach or just hangout out at the condo, inside or on the porch. We will be back! Thanks.

Touch of Paradise is wonderful!

They named this town home right, it was our touch of paradise that made our vacation so wonderful! The decor is so "beachy" and the condo was very clean. We watched the dolphins swim by in the Gulf from the roomy deck every morning while drinking our coffee. In the evenings we enjoyed the sunsets. The beach was white and the water was clear. We now have a new family vacation destination!! Thank you for sharing this wonderful home.
